No secretarial support is provided at this time.

*Monthly packages are for lessons with the same teacher and cannot be substituted or replaced with other lessons in the studio beyond those agreed. In the case of attending two or more classes with a monthly subscription, a discount is applied to the respective packages in consultation with the teachers.

**To attend the courses, it is necessary to reserve a place with the teacher of the reference course.
***PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE CLASS IS AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AS WELL

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for your consistency in relation to reservations and timely notification (at least 24 hours in advance) in case of cancellation. For drop in bookings cancelled less than the start of the reference course, the applicable fees will apply.

In the case of attendance with a monthly subscription: The responsibility of attending the package courses is the sole responsibility of the students and there is no possibility of making up in case of cancellation. In case of cancellation of a course through the fault of the teacher, the course is either made up at an agreed time or the package is extended by arrangement.

The studio does not take responsibility in cases of cancellation due to illness, change of schedule, injury, etc. You are solely responsible for attending the courses you have booked and/or prepaid for.

It is preferred that payments are made by CASH.
