Olga Spyraki

Olga Spyraki was born in Boston (USA).

She has completed her postgraduate studies (Joint Degree Master Choreography), in Codarts University of the Arts and Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts, NL degree 2019. She is a graduate of Rallou Manou Professional School of Dance(2010), with additional training as a dancer for one year at the Professional School of Dance, ELS (national lyrical stage), in practical classes of classical and contemporary dance and contemporary dance repertoire as part of her postgraduate thesis 2018 - 2019. She graduated from the Drama School C. Graduate of the Department of Theatrical Studies of Patras. She was selected and attended the intensive training program "Ex-In" on Flying Low & Passing through techniques (30 days), conducted by David Zambrano, in September 2018.

In 2010 she was selected and participated as a dancer, in the DV8 company Research workshop "Connecting Meaning to Movement" with Loyd Newson and Hannes Langolf.
She has collaborated as a performer, among others, with directors/choreographers Romeo Castellucci - Societas company IT, M. Marmarinos, Patricia Apergi/Aerites (Epidaurus Lyceum 2018), Ermira Goro (Arc for Dance festival 2018), Eugenia Tzirtzilakis, Kostas Tsiukas, Yelp Dance Company/choreographer Mariella Nestora (Kalamata Dance Festival AM I 2012, Athens Biennale 2011), Gens D' Uterpan, Nigel Charnocck UK, Rob Rosnowski (USA), Vicky Spanovaggelis Naud dance company, Ana Sanchez Coldberg/ Theatre encorps, and as a choreographer in theatre/opera with G. Chovardas, Square Theater Company, Anargyros Nemiozos, Thodoris Abazis, Michael Seibel, and with the Patras State Theatre of Letters and Arts, Opera Studio of the Patras State Theatre of Letters and Arts, etc.

She has been teaching movement and dance since 2010. She has taught speech-based movement composition at the professional dance school of E.L.S. and at the studio Kinitiras.
She has taught at the drama school of the municipality of Petroupolis and teaches at the drama school of the municipality of Patras, and at the Duncan dance center .
