In this class, we will expand our technique of contemporary dance, we will focus on kinetic phrases and improvisation exercises.

“Instead of teaching your body how to move, allow for the movement to teach your body”

In this class, you will only need to bring what you already know, and let it find its own form, in your own way.

The aim is to express ourselves freely and openly, and to have a good time of course!

This class is open to all levels.
