Beginner level

In this class we will explore our personal movement ,decode patterns and combinations, move across space in a personal search for movement within an ensemble. The key ingredients are a very good warm up to prepare our body to cope and be available, the study of a practical improvisation instruction, strengthening and a dance combination with elements of technique. In addition to these, elements will be added each time according to the needs of the group.

The class is for anyone and everyone who wants to dance, no previous experience necessary.

She was born in 1996 in Athens. She is a graduate of the Rallou Manos Higher Professional School of Dance.
As a performer she has worked with Euripides Laskaridis , with the Orchestra of Small Things and with Tonia Rallis. In 2019 together with Sofia Puktou they took part in the 10th Athens Video Dance Project with the performance StuffedVineLeaves and in 2023 they presented in Athens the performance WHY DON'T YOU LIKE ME?. In 2024 she presented her first choreographic work 'Crachat'. She has collaborated with director Varvara Daliani for Limes,limes,limes (2022) as movement curator/choreographer. Since 2019 she has been working as a dance teacher.
